SHIPPING
Retail orders are shipped by Courier or Registered Australia Post within 1-2 business days of purchase. All retail orders include free shipping with tracking, except for international orders. If you require ExpressPost, you can select that at the checkout for an additional cost.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Medsupply (under Medsupply Australia) is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by Australia Post, our Courier Services or other third parties/exceptional events, however please get in contact if you don’t receive your order in a timely fashion so we can address this as a matter of urgency.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you’re not 100% happy with your order, then get in touch for an exchange or refund.
We cherish our brand and implement quality checks into every stage of the design and manufacturing process. We replace any defective products. Please note that this does not include general wear and tear durning normal use.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
Items purchased in the last 30 days.
They must be unworn, unopened and unaltered. Postage is not refundable.
Our refunds are processed to the original form of payment.
For exchanges the cost of shipping the product back to us will not be reimbursed. Shipping of the exchanged items is at the customer’s expense. However we will cover costs is any mistakes are made by our dispatch team.
